Permit Restrictions
A permit is not required when the following is true:
< 120 square feet
< 14 feet tall
does not have electricity or plumbing
does not construct within the setback
does not construct within the Public Utility Easement area
An overhang and deck will add to the total square footage of the shed if attached
Any addition of electricity would require a permit
